A very dedicated and client service orientated group of people who work as a team. You feel very taken care of and you don't get information or communications gaps like with many agents. Excellent support when dealing with other parts of a sale/purchase (e.g. Notaries, etc). Recommend Caroline in particular.

Caroline Miller was excellent throughout a protracted transaction - she was always courteous and helpful and went the extra mile towards the end of the transaction to help get it over the line. I would not hesitate to recommend MB to others. NB a score of 5/10 given for value for money as we were the buyer.

I found Matt & Andy very professional, always happy to answer any questions. A suggestion I have is to produce a useful comprehensive information pack for “Newbies” in the area. This to include the process of the arrangements with utilities companies, to include online accounts. Payment of French house taxes etc.
