I used to think it was a myth that estate agents had lists of clients who wanted to buy properties, but this can't be the case as I recieved an asking price offer the same day the property was formally marketed. Outstanding result I'm very pleased with!

The property sold really quickly, they found the right people to get in touch with and most importantly they arranged for English speakers to work with us. Would use them again.
