Excellent service

Ginny was very professional and helpful throughout. She navigated us through the process of selling our house as non French speaking clients and dealt with all our questions and queries. We also felt she went above and beyond to help us with additional needs such as removal of our unwanted furniture and even contacting Saur to fix our broken water meter.

Excellent service

She gave us excellent support all the time necessary to enable us to complete a very complicated deal which took four years and enormous commitment. Her service was always excellent and friendly and ready to help us with dealing with the language necessary to understand the lawyers. We doubt that anyone else could have done such a good job over such a long period and are very grateful for her exceptional help and support throughout the whole period we were dealing with so many different issues at our time of life and given the ill health of one of us who is aged 87.

Ginny holds your hand throughout the whole process

Ginny goes above and beyond. Throughout the whole process of purchasing our propery Ginny was very professional and gave us all the necessary information. We cannot recommend her enough. The attention to detail before, during and after the purchase of our property was exceptional and really appreciated. My husband was in France but I was not here so Ginny made sure I was kept up todate with everything. Ginny helped me with the French translation and terminology. She also arranged for my husband to sign on my behalf so that I did not have the expense of coming to France to sign any legal documents. Thank you Ginny you were brilliant
